SMS Messaging
Omen AI, LLC ("Omen AI," "we") sends transactional, non-marketing customer-care text messages under the program name Omen AI Messaging. This page explains what we send, how you opt in, and how you opt out.
What we send
- Replies to an inquiry you made.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders, after you give SMS consent.
- Booking information you requested.
- Support follow-up about an active request.
We do not send cold text messages. We do not send promotional messages under this program; promotional messages would require your separate express consent.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a booking or intake form we operate, such as the form on our consulting call booking page, by sending us a text message first, or by giving us explicit permission that we record before sending. Calling us, booking an appointment, or submitting a form without checking the consent box does not enroll you in text messages.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- You must be 18 or older to opt in.
- Message frequency varies with your request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Omen AI: Thanks for reaching out. We will reply to your question shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Omen AI: Your consulting call is confirmed for Thursday at 2:00 PM Eastern. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Omen AI: Reminder, your consulting call is tomorrow at 2:00 PM Eastern. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Your information
Omen AI does not sell mobile information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Our operational service providers process messages only to deliver them on our behalf.
